, D5379-A, B, C (74AWr77A, B, C). At the mouth of Hoodoo Creek, tributary of Dan Creek. Outcrops of the lignitic sandstone-clay section are present in bluffs at mouth of Hoodoo Creek. Two white ash beds are present, probably in the axis of a sharp anticlinal flexure. The lower bed, K-Ar dated as 5.2 m.y., is 1-6 in. thick and the upper, 20 feet higher in the section, is 6 in.-2-1/2 feet thick. Latitude 63 degs. 13 min. N, Longitude 145 degs. 26 min. 06 sec. W.
