Brief statement of problem and remarks (from collector):
The leaf collection is from an isolated sequence of clastic rocks in fault sliver at Haenke Glacier about 5 miles northwest of the head of Disenchantment Bay. This seuqence is the most easterly outcrop of Tertiary sedimentary rocks in the Malaspina District. Paleontological data are required to correlate it with the Tertiary sequence elsewhere in this region, and if possible, to determine the depositional environment.
