This report covers 3 collections, two from the Utukok Formation (early Mississippian) and one from the upper Lisburne (late Mississippian). The rock type and fossils from the Utukok are characteristic of that formation in the Misheguk Mountains quadrangle and adjacent areas. The fragmentary rhynchonelloids from the "black Lisburne" have been found throughout the Brooks Range in that facies and, where corroborated by other fossil groups, are of late Mississippian age.
