Brief statement of problem and remarks (from collector):
May be problem of missing samples. Tuesday June 30 collected B173A grab samples for possible conodonts and forams and a good collection of B173C trilobites and brachiopods (probably 2 bags; maybe one overstuffed bag). Thursday July 2 again collected brachiopods from B173C and some "possible fossils" from B173A. Part of these arrived D.C. in box Reiser 22. The underscored collections [i.e. B173A] came to Menlo. None of B173C has shown up in Menlo.
