Comment: | Age: latest Osagean to early Chesterian; if the form identified as rhachistognathid(?) is indeed a rhachistognathid, then the age could be restricted to late Meramecian to early Chesterian. Biofacies: Indeterminate but assemblage strongly suggests postmorten transport from or within the gnathodid biofacies; moderate- to deep-water depositional setting.
