Please note a few (~4 samples have heavy-mineral concentrates that include chalcopyrite and bornite). |

Comment: | Age: Sc. anchoralis-Do. latus Zone (middle Osagean) Biofacies: Mixed biofacies typical of Ipnavik turbidites. Slope or deeper water depositional environment. CAI = 3 4.3 kg of rock processed (1520 g of +20 mesh and 555 g 20-140 mesh insoluble residue). Heavy-mineral concentrate: chiefly ferruginous and nonferruginous clusters of quartz(?) or dolomite(?) and phosphatized and/or pyritized bioclasts and grains, and rare phosphatized gastropods and dolomite rhombs. |
