Comment:No age significance can be attached to this collection. The gastropods are what one would expect in the Mississippian of this facies.

Comment:This is Silurian in age because Catenipora does not appear in post-Silurian rocks, while Syringopora and Thamnopora are not known in pre-Silurian rocks.
