Dr. J.B. Reeside, Jr.
Geologist in Charge, Section of Paleontology and Stratigraphy
Geological Survey

Dear Doctor Reeside:

I submit the following report on a lot of fossils submitted by J.B. Mertie, Jr., in Alaska:

Yours very truly,

Edwin Kirk
Associate Geologist

Report by: Edwin Kirk
Referred by: J. B. Mertie , Jr.
Age: Late Devonian
Comment:The age of these fossils may be given as Upper Devonian with a fair degree of assurance. Earlier collections from this gneral region that in the past I have identified as high Middle or Upper Devonian probably fall with this lot and should be classed as Upper Devonian.
