PLEASE NOTE: Three of your samples, OMO-55, -60, and -67 are of earliest Emsian age and one of these is diagnostic of the very earliest Emsian DEHISCENS Zone. The same zone is represented in at least 22 m of fossiliferous limestone within a section measured along the Middle Fork of the Squirrel River (SW 1/4 SW 1/4 sec. 4, T. 24 N., R. 12 W.); see attached xerox from E&R A-84-50c. |
