Brief statement of problem and remarks (from collector):
Poorly preserved forms from limy horizon within shale member; fossil horizons persists acroiss western and central North Slope and may be related to mid-Triassic ammonoid zone. Horizon infrequently exposed and the forms have been given various names in the past.
