Report prepared by J.T. Dutro, Jr. (in consultation with E.L. Yochelson) This report covers 5 miscellaneous collections which were received in October, 1982. Four of the collections are Mississippian, three probably from the Kogruk Formation and one from the Noatak? Formation. The fifth collection, metamorphosed calcareous rock from the Baird Mtns. quad., is Silurian-Devonian in age, possibly Late Devonian (Frasnian). It could represent the Beaucoup Formation, as you suggest. The Mississippian collections are retained for reference.
