SW side of Tonnie Creek and 1650 ft. upstream from the trail crossing at the mouth of the canyon and 1.29 miles S 60 E Tonnie Peak. Strat. Pos. 220 ft. above the base of the Fitz Creek siltstone. Lithology - sandy shale and greenish-blue gray shale. Coll. Wdow and Kellum 44NB Kellum #2 P 69, Sept. 25, 1944."]
