South side of Gaikima Creek about 3400 ft. upstream from the mouth of South Fork and 1.68 miles N 83.1o W from the mouth of Fitz Creek. Opposite USGS Mesozoic Coll. 19977. Strat. Pos. 410 ft. above base of Fitz Creek siltstone. Lithology - gray to gray-green shaly sandstone interbedded with sandy shales, weathers rusty yellow-brown. Coll. Wedow and Kellum. P 49, Sept. 16, 1944."]
