USGS Howard Pass 1:250,000 C5 quadrangle,T. 9 S., R. 30 W., sec. 23, north edge of ridge, approximately 1.5 mi east of Rampart Creek; measured from east tributary 4 mi from the confluence of Rampart and Jubilee Creeks.
