Lat. 66 deg. 34.3'N, Long. 142 deg. 33.8'W, coords (12.0, 4.9) )[from Request for Examination of Fossils (Transmittal) sheet submitted by Earl Brabb, Oct. 12, 1961] [Oliver et al., 1975, p. 34 provide following description: 66 deg. 34.3', 141 deg. 33.8'); Northeast bank of Tienasheavun Slough, 1,000 feet NW of Salmon Village, Black River C-4 quadangle, Alaska. (Lat. 66°34.3' N; Long. 142°33.8'W). Coral from this locality shipped previously. P &S number A-61-18. Massive, medium dark gray, fine-grained limestone with abundant black chert. 61ABa1472 , Black River , Northeast bank of Salmon Fork of Black River (Lat. 66°31.0' N; Long. 142°30.7' W; Coords (13.5, 1.2) Charley River C-4 quadrangle (mistake: this should be Black River B-4 acc. to Lat. given and description - note by RBB). Massive, medium-gray, fine-grained limestone, more or less along strike from limestone at 61ABa1493, and possibly stratigraphicall above it.
