Title: Report on Referred Fossils ,  1969 (05/23)
Report by: David L. Jones
Referred by: David A. Brew
Age: Cretaceous
Comment:The fossils consist of fragments of Inoceramus. The best preserved specimen is a right valve that, in shape and ornamentation, is similar to species known to occur in Alaska in deposits of Albian or Cenomanian ages. Better specimens are needed, however, before a definite age assignment can be given to the Douglas Island specimens.
