| Comment: | Similar Gryphaea-like pelecypods were collected last summer from the beds transistional between the Chitistone and Nizina limestones on "Green Butte" and from the uppermost part of the Nizina Limestone near "Anticline Valley," and hence these pelecypods do not conflict with an assignment of this locality to the Nizina. |
