This report deals with 61 collections of mollusks and other invertebrates from Tertiary formation of the Alaska Peninsula, including 9 collections from the Bear Lake Formation, 44 from the Stepovak Formation, and 8 collections from the Tolstoi Formation. These collections were made in 1982 and 1983 by members of Ric Wilson's field parties.

Formation: Bear Lake Formation
Comment:Early or middle Miocene. Thus, this is one of the oldest Bear Lake Formation deposits, one of the few that are demonstrably pre-late Miocene. The water was cool temperate and no deeper than 50 m.
