This group of collections consists of poorly preserved axial fragments with no leaves or fruiting bodies to aid in identifications. Our judgment of taxonomic affinities is therefore based on such features as size and surface markings and therefore should not be regarded as conclusive. |

Comment: | One chunk of conglomerate with evidence of three axial fragments. The only one with suggestive features is a mold of a quite stout axis (at least 6 cm wide), the surface of which bears regularly arranged, roughly circular depressions. This is probably a stigmarian rootstock and is most likely Pennsylvaian or Mississippian, but not as old as Devonian. |
