Comment:Comment: NATICA JANTHOSTOMA is a significant southern element, living today from Kamchatka to Hokkaido and Vladovostok (43o-44o N). MACOMA BALTHICA ("cf." here) indicates low-salinity conditions. The other mollusks are good only for making bouillabaisse.
