| Comment: | The single fragmented specimen is a bellerophontacean gastropod. It is generically indeterminate. My best guess is BELLEROPHON (BELLEROPHON). If the choices are Ordovician, Silurian or Devonian for age, I think the odds are much in favor of it being Devonian. Unless this has great significance it will be discarded in 60 days. |
