Blodgett: The report of "3 miles south of Eagle Mountain" is an obvious mistake, what should have been meant was "3 miles north of Eagle Mountain", a correction which was later emended in Mertie (1938)] [Mertie, 1938, USGS Bull. 903, p. 48 gives following description: "South shore of Nuyakuk Lake, about 3 miles north of Eagle Mountain and a quarter of a mile west of a promontory along the beach"]
